Cute modern place with limited indoor seating. We had reservations for 6 and dined outside. I believe everyone had something different. No complaints. Let's talk coffee menu ~ unique choices. My pistachio latte was yum! I wish I could have tried all the offerings. The staff were pleasant. I'll be back. I'd highly suggest reservations on the weekends

Oh my Goodness!! What a delicious and delightful experience at Hope! My family treated me to a Birthday Breakfast here and I felt so entirely spoiled! The St Paul location most definitely is popular so be sure to keep a reservation on hand - it was packed with a line when we got there. They have drinks available if you want to get a little tipsy in the morning, otherwise the shmorgasborg of food will definitely keep you happy! The plates are huge and super delicious! There is definitely a maximum of sweet on the sweet dishes. I had the Churro and Banana waffles which were delectable! My family had a stack of pancakes (3 massive ones the size of a frying pan) omelets, biscuits and gravy, and a bacon and egg bagel. Because it was busy, the service was a little backed up, but they did their best to check in. My family also ordered juices, which looks like comes in a small cup, but because of the wait they finished their juices pretty quickly. We also didn't get water until halfway through waiting for food, but all was well in the end. I also tried a lavender vanilla latte on ice and it was delicious and felt so fancy! I would definitely come back here again on an empty stomach. I almost couldn't finish my waffles! Be aware parking is a bit of a challenge in this area so I would taxi or Uber in if you can. Overall loved it! It made my birthday that much more special.

Treat yourself, your family and your soul to a great breakfast this week at Hope Breakfast Bar. They just opened a new location in Woodbury - but there are other locations in St Paul, St Louis Park, Eagan, Edina, and at Gillette Children's. This week, I had a perfect pairing of Vietnamese coffee and spicy tofu - but they have the best versions of pancakes and other breakfast classics. This pairing worked SO WELL because the subtle spices in the coffee, tofu spices, and a splash of hot sauce added to my breakfast blended in bites and sips. This is why you might see chef Brian Ingram competing on BEAT Bobby Flay in the new season. He's really a wizard combining familiar and new breakfast flavors. Did he beat Bobby? We'll find out soon enough. Comfort food is Brian's 'jam' and the mission of the Hope Restaurant Group. He takes this next level outside of his cooking and throughout his life -- contributing comfort to those in need in our community and in his personal life. Brian's heart and generosity is as big as his appetite and his passion. Have a great holiday week. And, "Treat Yo' Self" to a fine breakfast.

I've been to hope many times and this place is so delicious! They have such a variety of sweet and savory options -- everyone can find something to eat. This time, I tried the red velvet waffle but I've also had the pillow pancakes, french toast, and some savory dishes too. Each of their breakfast items are reasonable priced (most between $12 and $16 dollars) and their coffee and beverage selection is unmatched in this area. I would definitely recommend having a reservation here otherwise you might be waiting a while, especially if you don't want to sit at the bar. Great for events -- this time I was here for a bachelorette party -- as it is a fun and young environment with so many options for different prices.

I have been to Hope a couple of times - it's one of the breakfast places I go to when I visit. I love their Carrot Cake pancakes. My friend likes their Stuffed Poblano because of the way they grill the cheese. I didn't love their White Mocha Matcha Latte - the flavor wasn't strong. It's always busy so I would highly recommend making a reservation. Parking isn't the easiest but I have always managed to find a spot that is walking distance.

Wouldn't you know I didn't get any photos on this trip, but that just means it was so good I forgot to stop and take a pic. For my coffee I ordered the Vietnamese style with oatmilk. I just had the two egg breakfast with toast and hash browns. It egg-cellent! My friend got the breakfast pho and it was so delicious. I was a little wary (which I guess I always thought of it as lunch/dinner) but from the bites I had, it was such a great burst of flavor and well balanced. Make sure you're on time for your reservation! They take it serious.

My mom & I had a quick breakfast here before our Girls Spa day! Everything was really delicious. We got to sit out on the patio in the sun & 100% recommend this if you get the opportunity. The server was attentive, quick and friendly. Our Favorites: - Breakfast Sandwich (Mom ordered) She said it had good flavor & tasted fresh. -Biscuits & Gravy (I ordered) Loved the flavor. Fresh tasting & was like a warm hug :) We would definitely come back here if we are in the area.

Came here around lunch time with my partner on a hot, sunny day. Service was okay during this visit, we had to wait longer than we were originally told. I have had great service in the past, and it was a busier weekend during this visit. I ordered a pineapple mimosa and my partner ordered the caramel sea salt latte. Both drinks were very delicious and refreshing! My partner ordered the avocado toast and poached eggs. She personally did not like the vegetables on the toast, but thought it was still delicious. Both of us thought that the biscuit and gravy was the best dish we have ever had at Hope! The biscuit was moist and the gravy was phenomenal. The eggs were also delicious and seasoned well. I will be returning and ordering the biscuit and gravy again!!! I highly recommend ordering the biscuits & gravy!
